Join our 6-Week Beginners K1 Kickboxing & Muay Thai Course and learn from the ground up in a friendly, supportive environment designed exclusively for beginners. No previous experience is required – you'll train alongside people who are starting their journey just like you, making it easy to learn, progress, and stay motivated.
Throughout the course, you'll be introduced to the fundamental techniques of both K1 Kickboxing and Muay Thai, building a strong foundation step by step. At the same time, you'll improve your flexibility, fitness, stamina, and overall conditioning through structured and engaging training sessions.
Whether your goal is to get fitter, lose weight, build confidence, learn self-defence skills, or simply challenge yourself with something new, this course provides the perfect starting point. You'll burn calories, develop practical skills, and experience the physical and mental benefits of martial arts while becoming part of a positive and welcoming training community.

This course is suitable for anyone aged 15 and over with a reasonable level of general health and fitness. Younger participants are welcome to join our Kids & Juniors Fight Academy, where training is tailored specifically to their age group and development.
Throughout the program, you'll learn the essential foundations of both K1 Kickboxing and Muay Thai, while improving your flexibility, stamina, conditioning, and overall fitness. Whether your goal is to lose weight, get fitter, learn self-defence, or challenge yourself with a new sport, this course provides the perfect starting point.

Course Structure
The course includes two 60-minute classes per week for 6 weeks, providing a structured and progressive learning experience. Full payment, membership registration, and health screening forms must be completed before the course begins.
